Thank you so much for supporting our brand. We want to make sure you’re fully informed before placing your order.
All items are pre-orders, which means your order will not ship immediately. Once you place an order, it is submitted to our manufacturer. The product is then made, shipped to us, and finally shipped to you. This entire process takes about five to six weeks due to ongoing shipping delays and increased tariffs from overseas.
We are doing everything we can to get your items to you as fast as possible, but please do not expect immediate delivery.
We also want to be transparent about our no-refund policy. Our brand is a small business run by just one person. Processing refunds is not only time-consuming and stressful, but it also impacts the business financially. Because of manufacturing costs and other outside fees, refunding orders means the seller, me, ends up taking a loss. That’s why all sales are final.
Of course, if something major happens, like the wrong item or wrong size being sent, we’ll make it right by replacing the item. But refunds will only be considered under very rare and special circumstances.
With this policy in place, please know that every order is made with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and satisfying as possible so refunds won’t even be necessary.
